Bullet For My Valentine 2/23/16

British Invasion Tour Banner 2/23/162016 started slow, but not as slow as my appearance to the Playstation Theater. Sumerian records decided to make it their week in NYC, with Asking Alexandria playing this night as they tour with While She Sleeps and Bullet for my Valentine and then the 10 Year Anniversary tour that comes around to Gramercy Theater 4 days after tonights event. Debuting live was Asking Alexandria’s new singer Denis Stoff, replacing long time singer Danny Worshop. The entire night was a blast, i have experienced A.A before but this was a fitting level for them where Denis takes the helm like he was made for this group. Bullet for my Valentine was too easy to shoot since they hardly ever move, it was like shooting a Death Metal act, standing still and same posture just to hold their atmospheric composure. The lights were a pain the ass though but nothing I couldn’t maneuver. Compare that to While She Sleeps, who had no lights period. The generic “HOUSE” lights ordeal for openers who deserve to not be kept in the dark or wondering why the venue didn’t pay their electric bill. Oh well, check the photos down below so I can prove my point.
