Behemoth 4/23/16

You know, Behemoth was NEVER really on my list of bands to cover. From their footage seen on youtube to photographers who have captured them live, they have always been shrouded in darkness… or red, which is equally the devil to photojournalists far and wide. Their opener Markyr however, seemed to have used the severe lighting techniques and darkness to an advantage that was not only powerful, but equally immersive to their music. I absolutely loved shooting Behemoth. Barely any red lights or dark colors. Equally immersive and disturbing simultaneously.
